Clark has been President and CEO of SALT since 1978. Clark assists the Board of Directors in the development of policies that determine which affordable housing projects to facilitate. A founder of NFH, Clark has more than 30 years of private and public real estate experience. Clark is also the founder, President and CEO of Suburban Alternatives Land Trust (SALT) and has been a member of the Marin Economic Commission since 2001, representing the North Bay Council.

Pamela serves as Corporate Broker for SALT. Pamela received her J.D. in 1987 from Santa Clara University School of Law with an emphasis in public interest law and real estate transactions, and has 22 years of experience in real estate development, as well as land use and planning experience. Pamela is a California real estate broker, license #01937944.
