Clark Blasdell

President and CEO for NFH, Chairman and CEO for SALT

Clark has been President and CEO of NFH since 1978. Clark assists the Board of Directors in the development of policies that determine which affordable housing projects to facilitate. A founder of NFH, Clark has more than 30 years of private and public real estate experience. Clark is also the founder, President and CEO of Suburban Alternatives Land Trust (SALT) and has been a member of the Marin Economic Commission since 2001, representing the North Bay Council.

Pamela Asselmeier

Director of Special Projects (NFH) and Director of Land Banking (SALT)

Pamela serves as Director of Special Projects for NFH and Director of Land Banking for SALT. Pamela received her J.D. in 1987 from Santa Clara University School of Law with an emphasis in public interest law and real estate transactions, and has 22 years of experience in real estate development, as well as land use and planning experience. As a staff member of NFH and SALT, Pamela is a sought-after consultant because of her broad expertise in real estate development. She is also in charge of NFH's grant based project work.

Jody Kuehn

Business Manager

Jody Kuehn joined NFH in October 2006 as our Business Manager. This is no easy task given the complexities of four interdependent non-profit agencies for which Jody oversees the business and accounting functions. She brings with her an extensive background in construction accounting and administration.
